About The Position

The Program Supervisor combines direct support responsibilities with program coordination and administrative support to deliver high-quality services to individuals. The role ensures accurate documentation, effective program implementation, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting team collaboration and individual outcomes. The supervisor provides daily oversight of employees and services at assigned programs and helps ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals served. The role also includes assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including mobility, transfers, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and oversight of employees at assigned programs.
• Monitor and coordinate services to individuals and ensure those services are delivered.
• Ensure all direct-service shifts in the assigned program or programs are filled.
• Provide training for employees.
• Conduct monthly staff meetings.
• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Support the comfort, safety, and personal growth of individuals served.
• Assist with daily living tasks, including mobility, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
