About The Position
The Program Supervisor manages the group living environment at a group residence in Forest Park serving six women with persistent behavioral health issues and some complex medical needs. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and CARF requirements. The supervisor works as part of a team of 10 experienced supervisors, participates in the on-call rotation, and helps hire direct care staff.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Vehicle available for work use.
- Pass driving and background checks.
