About The Position

The Program Supervisor facilitates the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and performs administrative duties, including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. The role supervises a team of Caregivers supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Duties are divided among direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.

The Program Supervisor also supports individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care. The role facilitates community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work and other activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and individuals served.
• Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained.

Responsibilities
