About The Position

The Program Supervisor supports people with developmental goals and complex needs, helping them grow, learn, live well, and participate in their communities. The role involves building meaningful relationships with the individuals served, encouraging participation in favorite activities, and supporting goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The supervisor also assists with personal hygiene and supports individuals who may have behavioral challenges. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served.
• Help participants take part in the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
• Assist individuals with personal hygiene.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
