About The Position

Community Options is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead its Day Habilitation Services team. The supervisor oversees daily operations in residential settings and the Day Hab Program, supervises, trains, and schedules Direct Support Professionals, and ensures quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities and older adults. The role supports people with daily living activities and ensures their health, wellness, and personal care needs are met. The position also monitors site standards and staff performance, maintains schedules and provides coverage as needed, manages budgets and financial records, completes reports accurately and on time, and collaborates with leadership to improve service quality. The position pays $20.40–$25.50 per hour, depending on experience, and includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Some benefits may vary by position and employment status.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Experience with Developmental Disabilities (DD) programs.
Access to a working mobile phone (iPhone or Android).
CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain certification successfully during the new-hire training period.
A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of vehicle insurance, as required by assigned job duties and applicable state law.
Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening, and obtain North Dakota Department of Human Services pre-employment approval.
Successfully complete required training and/or certification within the specified time frame, including DD certification.
Understanding of human services and developmental disabilities.
Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office and Therap reporting.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to lead people, achieve results through others, and build teams.
Ability to plan over a one- to two-year time span.
Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions at a functional and strategic level.
Strong customer service orientation and commitment to the company’s mission and values.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and prioritize duties.
