It includes responsibility for client relationships, contract delivery, project controls, pursuit support and growth of key accounts. The position is based in Miami, FL or Seattle, WA (or a location easily accessible to one of them), with the ability to work effectively in a remote, high-growth environment and travel as needed.

  • Working knowledge of utility design and coordination and subsurface utility engineering.
  • Strong command of project controls, including work plans, fee estimates, budgets, schedules, earned value, change management and risk registers.
  • Experience preparing proposals and presenting in client interviews.
