About The Position

The Program Manager, Engineering Services is the primary point of contact for Exodigo’s largest engineering-services clients and is accountable for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and commercial growth. This seller-doer role bridges delivery and growth: leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver utility design and subsurface engineering scopes, managing contracts to schedule and margin, owning client relationships, and helping secure follow-on work. The role oversees engineering-services contracts from award through closeout and renewal, including work planning, fee estimates, schedules, staffing, quality assurance, risk and change management, and coordination with subconsultants and teaming partners. It also contributes to future pursuits and proposals, develops account plans, identifies expansion opportunities, and collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product. The position is remote-first, with a stated location of Miami, Florida or Seattle, Washington (or an easily accessible location), and travel requirements stated as up to 40% and, elsewhere, up to 30%. Exodigo describes itself as a leading underground mapping solution provider combining multi-sensor fusion, 3D imaging, and AI to create underground maps for customers in utilities, transportation, and government. The company offers a competitive total compensation package, with a base salary of $156,000–$192,000 and OTE of $260,000–$320,000. It emphasizes customer impact, cutting-edge infrastructure solutions, a collaborative team, and a remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy.
