About The Position

Exodigo is hiring a Program Manager, Engineering Services to serve as the primary point of contact for its largest engineering-services clients and own client success from contract award through closeout and renewal. The role is accountable for delivery quality, client satisfaction, and commercial growth, leading multidisciplinary teams that deliver utility design and subsurface engineering scopes while keeping contracts on schedule and on margin. It is a seller-doer role spanning delivery and growth: the Program Manager runs the work, owns client relationships, and helps secure future work. The position includes managing engineering-services contracts and project controls, building and expanding key accounts, contributing to pursuits and proposals, and collaborating across Engineering, Operations, Product, and Sales. It also involves mentoring project staff, providing client insight to service offerings and product development, and representing Exodigo in client meetings and industry settings. The role is based in Miami, Florida, or Seattle, Washington, or somewhere easily accessible to either, and requires travel. Exodigo describes its culture as remote-first, flexible, and autonomous.
