About The Position

Oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of functional business programs. Leads a team of Program Managers and manages a multifunctional program portfolio, ensuring effective execution, data cleanliness, and timely, high-quality reporting. Partners with functional teams to understand their needs and develop capabilities for successful program execution. Uses reporting to assess potential business impact and guide business decision-makers, while providing regular progress updates to Business Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attract, develop, and retain a talented team of Program Managers.
• Role model company values.
• Identify and define Program Manager goals, objectives, and metrics; analyze business needs and prioritize team workload.
• Coach Program Managers on delivering effective people programs while adhering to budget, quality, and timelines.
• Hold teams and individuals accountable for results and manage performance through one-on-ones, connect sessions, performance assessments, and annual reviews.
• Supervise the development, deployment, and execution of business requirements and compliance standards.
• Manage a multifunctional program portfolio and ensure smooth execution.
• Drive high levels of data cleanliness across the program portfolio.
• Ensure timely, high-quality reporting across programs to support business decisions.
• Provide regular progress updates to Business Leadership.
• Evaluate potential business impact based on team reporting and guide business decision-makers.
• Partner across functional teams to understand their needs and develop capabilities required for successful program execution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
