•$86,100 - $187,400

About The Position

The ATU Program Execution Go-To-Market Manager provides independent execution capacity across Microsoft’s Account Team Unit Sales Enablement portfolio. Partnering with Program Leads, this role turns program strategy and requirements into field-ready execution across workstreams such as process, tooling, communications, readiness, launch, field activation, and ongoing operations. The manager owns defined workstreams across multiple programs, taking direction on overall strategy and outcomes while determining how to structure and deliver the work with limited day-to-day oversight. The role brings structure to ambiguity, mobilizes stakeholders, manages dependencies, resolves problems, and drives work through completion. It also supports field readiness and adoption by translating complex business requirements into actionable guidance for sellers and managers, coordinating launches and reinforcement, and using data and field feedback to improve execution. Program Leads retain overall program strategy and accountability; this role works independently across sales, marketing, customer success, operations, partner, and other cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of field product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 5 years of field product marketing, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Independently own and execute defined program workstreams, translating direction into plans, milestones, deliverables, owners, and actions.
  • Establish execution rhythms and track actions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder commitments through completion.
  • Partner with Program Leads to define success criteria and execution measures, monitor progress, and identify areas requiring intervention.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and contributors to move deliverables from planning through completion.
  • Identify and resolve execution barriers, risks, and dependencies, escalating decisions when needed.
  • Build repeatable processes and execution mechanisms that improve consistency and scale.
  • Develop and coordinate field-facing communications, readiness, training, tools, and activation activities.
  • Translate complex business and program requirements into simple, actionable guidance for sellers and managers.
  • Manage program launch execution, coordinating content, communications, readiness, tooling, stakeholders, and support mechanisms.
  • Help field audiences understand what is changing, why it matters, what action is required, and where to seek support.
  • Drive reinforcement and follow-through to support sustained program execution and adoption.
  • Use data, stakeholder input, and field feedback to assess execution effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Evaluate workstreams for execution gaps, field needs, and potential solutions; recommend improvements to Program Leads and act independently within agreed direction.
  • Partner with Program Leads to improve processes, tools, readiness, communications, and field experiences.
  • Identify ways to simplify execution, reuse successful approaches, and reduce duplication across programs.
  • Work independently across sales, marketing, customer success, operations, partner, and other cross-functional teams to deliver assigned workstreams.
  • Build working relationships that enable decisions, issue resolution, and forward progress.
  • Maintain visibility into execution status, risks, dependencies, decisions, measures, and next actions.
  • Connect execution across programs to create a simpler, more coordinated field experience.
