About The Position
Trimble’s AECO team is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consulting Professional to help shape technology for the construction industry. The role focuses on product vision and strategy for solutions that connect workflows and support stakeholders across planning, design, construction, and the asset lifecycle. The successful candidate will own product backlog strategy, translate customer needs into delivery plans, contribute hands-on to technical initiatives, and guide customer adoption and release quality. This is a remote position in the United States, with travel of up to 50%.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.
- Ability to gather customer requirements, define acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.
- Strong collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO).
- Familiarity with Trimble software products and ecosystem solutions.
- Scrum certification, such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy and prioritize feature releases to maximize customer and business value.
- Partner with development, design, and business teams to translate user needs into user stories and sprint plans.
- Direct technical initiatives, including optimization of SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks.
- Define customer requirements and lead interactive client training sessions to support feedback and adoption.
- Oversee user acceptance testing and release management to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
