About The Position

Trimble’s AECO team is hiring a Senior Professional Services Consulting Professional to help shape technology for the construction and building asset lifecycle. The role owns end-to-end product vision and backlog strategy, prioritizes valuable features, and connects technical delivery with business strategy across a global industrial technology ecosystem. The position is remote in the United States and requires up to 50% travel.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a consulting professional or in a closely aligned role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Technical capability with SQL scripting, database management, and basic JavaScript integration concepts.
• Ability to gather customer requirements, define acceptance criteria, and conduct data-driven business analysis.
• Strong collaborative communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Operations (AECO).
• Familiarity with Trimble software products and ecosystem solutions.
• A Scrum certification such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product backlog strategy and prioritize high-impact feature releases that maximize customer and business value.
• Partner with development, design, and business teams to translate user needs into user stories and sprint plans.
• Lead technical initiatives involving SQL processes, JavaScript integrations, and client database frameworks.
• Define customer requirements and lead interactive client training sessions to gather feedback and support adoption.
• Oversee user acceptance testing and release management to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
