About The Position

The Professional Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises and patrolling assigned locations. Officers observe and report activities and incidents, preserve order, and enforce client-site regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. The role also frequently involves providing customer service and information to client employees and customers. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to complete patrols.
• Strong technology skills, including use of a cell phone and computer.
• Valid Ohio driver's license.
• Pass the required drug screen and background check.
• Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
• Driver certification is required for some positions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior security or customer service experience is a plus.
• Retail, food service, or hospitality industry background.
