About The Position

The Production Packager works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, which provides adhesives, sealants, and functional coatings. The role operates and adjusts production equipment, monitors product quality, and maintains production records. The position pays $20.00 per hour and is classified as non-exempt, with overtime eligibility in accordance with applicable laws. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer experience.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machines and production equipment according to instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for discarding or remanufacturing.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for analysis of manufacturing performance.
