About The Position

The Production Packager works in Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies business unit, operating and adjusting production machinery and equipment according to instructions and manufacturing specifications. The role monitors product quality, identifies faulty products for disposal or re-manufacture, and keeps accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed. The position is classified as non-exempt and pays $20.00 per hour. Employees may also be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other compensation depending on role and location.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills.
• Computer experience.
• At least one year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Set up or adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor output quality and identify faulty products for disposal or re-manufacture.
• Maintain accurate daily production records so manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
