About The Position

Venture Solutions is hiring a Production Hand Packager/Finisher at its Arden Hills, Minnesota facility. The position manually assembles, binds, and packages materials and products, performs basic quality checks, and prepares boxes and pallets. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. The anticipated hourly wage is $18.00; the actual offer may depend on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications or licenses, and location.

Requirements

Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a particular field.
Ability to perform job functions by following instructions and pre-established guidelines.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information so others will understand.
Regularly remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Frequently move inside the facility.
Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manually assemble, bind, and/or package materials and products.
Perform basic quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, counting packages, and evaluating product or package appearance.
Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to direction.
