About The Position

Venture Solutions is seeking a Production Hand Packager/Finisher for its Arden Hills, Minnesota facility. The role manually assembles, binds, and packages materials and products, performs basic quality checks, and folds and tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets. The position is first shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The anticipated hourly wage is $18.00. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Ability to rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
Regularly remain in a stationary position.
Constantly operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
Frequently move inside the facility.
Regularly lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 25+ pounds.
Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manually assemble, bind, and/or package materials and products.
Perform basic quality control checks, including measuring, weighing, strength testing, counting packages, and evaluating the appearance of products or packages.
Fold and tape boxes, apply labels, and stack boxes on pallets according to direction.
