About The Position

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Production Operator - Pre-Weigh to prepare and handle ingredients for production while following safety and quality standards. The role supports production areas and helps maintain an efficient workflow and reliable product quality. Duties include weighing and measuring ingredients, moving materials and products, preparing packaging, recording production information, and using warehouse equipment as needed. The position requires flexibility for overtime and shift hours.

Requirements

Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
Manufacturing or process experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility to work overtime and shift hours.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Weigh and prepare ingredients according to production schedules and instructions.
Measure and handle ingredients accurately in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Use digital or manual scales, pumps, hand scoops, and containers to measure ingredients.
Transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility.
Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
Maintain accurate written and electronic records.
Operate warehouse equipment, including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, as needed.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional duties as required.
