About The Position

The Production Operator - Pre-Weigh prepares and handles ingredients for production while following safety and quality standards and supporting efficient facility workflows. The role also supports production areas with tasks that promote safety, efficiency, precision, and product quality.

Requirements

Willingness to perform hands-on work and mechanical inclination.
Manufacturing or process experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Flexibility for overtime and shift hours.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Weigh and prepare ingredients according to production schedules and instructions.
Measure and handle ingredients accurately while following safety and quality standards.
Use digital or manual scales, pumps, hand scoops, and various containers for precise measurements.
Transfer raw materials or finished products within the facility.
Prepare packaging, label containers, and palletize products.
Maintain accurate records in written and electronic formats.
Operate warehouse equipment, including lift trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, as needed.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Perform additional duties as required.
