About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer products or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded products, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. The role also requires maintaining a clean work area.

This position uses performance-based incentive pay. The employee must meet or exceed production standards for folding garments; additional compensation is tied to exceeding those standards. Competitive hourly pay is offered, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance.

The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment and requires working in safe proximity to others for extended periods. The role requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive movements such as stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. It may also require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to the folding station.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. Employees must adhere to the attendance policy. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify a candidate.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Fold customer garments, linens, and bulk products manually or with an industrial garment folding machine.
• Count folded products.
• Prepare bundles of clean, folded products for delivery to customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area.
• Meet or exceed established production standards for garment folding.
• Follow the attendance policy and applicable safety rules and guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with others to achieve goals and support team decisions.
