About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. Product Folders are expected to maintain a clean work area. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed production standards for folding garments, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

This is a full-time, temporary position on the first shift. The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Employees must follow the attendance policy and be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods. Physical demands include standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. The work may also require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to a folding station.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May be required to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities
