About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The role involves folding customer products manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counting folded products, and preparing bundles of clean, folded products for delivery. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed production standards, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

The work takes place in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Employees must follow the attendance policy and be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods. Physical requirements include standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, and reaching. The role may also require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to a folding station.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The position is regular, full-time, and scheduled on the first shift.
