About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer products manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean. The position has performance-based incentive pay: employees must meet or exceed a production standard for folding garments, with additional hourly compensation tied to exceeding those standards.

The role is full-time on the first shift in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Employees must follow the attendance policy and work in safe proximity to others for extended periods. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May be required to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen products to a folding station.

Responsibilities
