About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate to support the Rental Division. The role folds customer garments, linens, and bulk products manually or with an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. The Production Associate maintains a clean work area and is expected to meet or exceed standards for work quantity and quality.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Requires standing for most of the shift.
• Requires repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities.
• May require pushing carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to the folding station.
• Should demonstrate attention to detail, a strong work ethic, effort, dependability, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Should demonstrate pleasant, respectful, courteous, and cooperative interpersonal skills.
• Should be able to collaborate with others and support team decisions.
• Must be committed to following safety rules and guidelines.
