Production Associate - Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder
About The Position
Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer product or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The position also requires maintaining a clean work area. Pay includes an incentive structure: employees must meet or exceed folding production standards, with additional compensation tied to exceeding those standards. The posting estimates base pay at $16.00–$17.50 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour through individual productivity and performance. The role requires standing for most of the shift and repetitive movements, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching. It may require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to the work station. Employees must follow the attendance policy, work safely near others for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. The position is regular, full-time, and on the first shift.

Responsibilities
