About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for delivery to customers. The employee is expected to maintain a clean work area. This position uses performance-based incentive pay: the Garment Folder must meet or exceed a production standard, and additional compensation is tied to exceeding production standards. The posting describes the shift as 1st Shift and the schedule as full time.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• May need to push carts or bins full of bulk or linen product to a folding station.
