About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder manually folds customer products or uses an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded items, and prepares bundles of clean, folded products for customer delivery. The role also requires maintaining a clean work area.

Compensation uses a performance-based incentive structure. Associates must meet or exceed the production standard for folding garments; additional compensation is tied to exceeding the standard. The posting describes competitive hourly pay and the opportunity to earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour based on individual productivity and performance.

This is a temporary, full-time position on the first shift. The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must adhere to the attendance policy.
• Must be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions, stretching, bending, turning, or reaching, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• May need to push carts or bins of bulk or linen products to a folding station.
• Attention to detail, a strong work ethic, dependability, interpersonal skills, teamwork, and commitment to safety.
