About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Production Associate – Garment/Linen/Bulk Product Folder to support the Rental Division. The Product Folder folds customer product manually or using an industrial garment folding machine, counts folded product, and prepares bundles of clean, folded product for customer delivery. Product Folders are expected to keep their work area clean. The position uses performance-based incentive pay: the employee must meet or exceed a production standard for folding garments, and additional compensation is tied to exceeding that standard.

The role requires working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures, following the attendance policy, and working in safe proximity to others for extended periods. Physical duties include standing for most of the shift and repetitive motions such as stretching, bending, turning, and reaching. The role may also require pushing carts or bins of bulk or linen product to a folding station.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
