Product Support Specialist - Relocate to Warroad, MN
About The Position
Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist for its Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, Minnesota. The role helps customers understand product options, pricing, and specifications by providing clear, timely guidance and identifying solutions that meet customer needs while staying within production requirements. The position involves preparing pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings; resolving complex questions; and working with internal teams and external trade partners. AutoCAD training is provided. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered, and candidates relocating to Warroad may be eligible for a relocation benefit package that can include household-goods moving, temporary housing, and relocation-counselor support.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
- Collaboration skills and sound judgment in a business environment.
- Technical curiosity and ability to learn product systems quickly.
- Ability to self-manage priorities, timelines, and details.
- A solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Provide customers with timely, accurate guidance on product capabilities, limitations, and specifications.
- Prepare pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings.
- Solve complex and unique challenges using creative, practical problem-solving.
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure solutions are within production capabilities.
- Support and educate dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals.
- Contribute to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality goals.
