About The Position

The Production Supervisor oversees the manufacturing operations of an assigned department, implementing operating strategies that help achieve business results. The role focuses on working with department leadership and employees to meet production and quality goals while maintaining a safe working environment. The position is located in Warroad, Minnesota. Eligible employees considering relocation may receive assistance that includes household-goods moving, temporary housing, and support from a relocation counselor.

Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentoring.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Positive work attitude and ability to hold others accountable for their actions, behaviors, and attitudes.
3–5 years of progressive management, supervisor, or lead experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work with manufacturing and office-based technology systems, including ERP and Microsoft programs.
