About The Position

Marvin is hiring a Product Support Specialist for its Technical Product Support Department in Warroad, Minnesota. The role provides customers with clear, timely guidance on product options, pricing, capabilities, limitations, and specifications. The specialist prepares pricing, estimates, structural analyses, and AutoCAD drawings, and solves unique challenges with practical, creative problem-solving. The position collaborates with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, and other teams to ensure proposed solutions meet production capabilities, while supporting and educating dealers, channel partners, and trade professionals. The role contributes to departmental accuracy, responsiveness, and service quality. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates moving to Warroad. Requirements

1–2 years of experience in estimating, drafting, construction, or a related discipline.
Comfort using Microsoft Office products.
Ability to learn AutoCAD through provided training.
Collaboration skills paired with sound judgment in a business environment.
Technical curiosity and the ability to learn product systems quickly.
Ability to self-manage priorities, timelines, and details.
A solution-oriented mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.

Associate degree in a related field preferred.
