About The Position

Skechers is hiring a part-time Product Specialist, also described as a Sales Associate, for an entry-level retail role. The position focuses on engaging customers, providing personalized product advice and exceptional service, supporting store and individual sales goals, handling cashier duties, and helping maintain an inviting, well-organized store. The role offers on-the-job training and potential for growth within Skechers. Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. The work includes standing for most of a shift and occasionally lifting and carrying shoes and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. The starting pay rate is $16.50. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; prior retail, customer service, or cashier experience is a plus but not essential. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
