About The Position

Skechers is hiring a part-time, entry-level retail Sales Associate, known as a Product Specialist. The role focuses on engaging with customers, providing personalized product advice and excellent service, contributing to sales goals, and helping maintain an inviting, well-organized store. Associates also handle cashier duties, build knowledge of Skechers products, and collaborate with the store team. The job involves standing for most of a shift and occasional lifting and carrying of shoes and boxes up to 50 pounds. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Eager to provide excellent customer service and meet or exceed retail sales goals.
• Able to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.
• Able to stand for most of a shift and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
