About The Position

Skechers is seeking an entry-level retail Sales Associate, known as a Product Specialist, to engage customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to store success. The role focuses on customer connections, retail sales, cashier duties, product knowledge, and teamwork in a store environment. The position offers a flexible schedule, on-the-job training, and potential for growth within Skechers. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$15.92, with a starting rate of $15.00.

Requirements

• Eager to provide excellent customer service in an entry-level retail role.
• Motivated to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Reliable and detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• At least 18 years of age at the time of application.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide personalized advice about Skechers products.
• Contribute to store and individual retail sales goals.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise to maintain the store.
• Lift and carry shoes and boxes, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Process payments accurately and perform cashier responsibilities.
• Stay informed about Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details with customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create an inviting store environment that reflects Skechers standards.
