About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to join its growing team. The role works directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services, provides price estimates for designated installations before appointments are scheduled, and collaborates with the sales and service teams to support a high level of customer satisfaction. The position may also cross-train for other duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
At least one year of sales experience preferred.
At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience preferred, but not required.
Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies.
At least one year of sales experience.
At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience.

Responsibilities

Interact daily with customers to promote specialized products and installations.
Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installation.
Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed about work progress.
Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff.
Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
Inspect vehicles to ensure the correct parts are ordered.
Provide excellent overall customer service.
Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Cross-train to perform other duties as necessary.
