About The Position

Camping World is seeking a Product Specialist Advisor to join its growing team. The role works directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services, provide price estimates for designated installations, and schedule appointments. As a member of the sales team, the Product Specialist Advisor collaborates with the service team to help ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
• May need a valid driver's license.
• May lift up to 25 pounds and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending are required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• At least one year of sales experience preferred.
• At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers daily to promote specialized products and installations.
• Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling installation.
• Maintain and update prepayment logs and keep customers informed about work progress.
• Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff.
• Monitor daily parts traffic and receive parts for installations.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure the correct parts are ordered.
• Provide excellent overall customer service.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
• May cross-train to perform other duties as necessary.
