About The Position

Sweed is hiring an individual contributor to improve how customers are implemented on its all-in-one cannabis retail platform. The role combines hands-on ownership of key customer implementations with building more repeatable, automated, and scalable implementation systems. The position sits within the Implementation team in Customer Success and works closely with Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, product, and engineering teams. The Implementation Manager will understand customer operations across POS, eCommerce, inventory, compliance, and marketing; lead working sessions and product training; investigate workflow and product issues; and deliver smooth go-lives and handoffs. Insights from customer work will be translated into clear product requirements, process improvements, automation opportunities, reusable playbooks, configuration standards, and product feedback. The role also manages customer requests and expectations through implementation and follows improvements through adoption and hypercare. The position requires travel 75% of the time. Sweed describes itself as a global team of over 250 people. The development organization works in cross-functional product teams, while the CEO, account management, and customer success teams are based in the United States.
