Product Marketing Lead

Bizzabo•New York, NY
•$100,000 - $150,000

About The Position

Bizzabo is seeking a Product Marketing Lead to shape how the company’s Event Experience Operating System is understood by buyers, sales teams, analysts, and internal AI agents. The role owns positioning, messaging, launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, and analyst relations across the full platform, including agentic capabilities for organizers, attendees, and sponsors. It works closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Brand, Demand Generation, and Enablement, and reports directly to the Co-founder and CMO. This is a hands-on builder role focused on shaping the category and executing go-to-market work without layers between the role and the work. The Product Marketing Lead will also maintain the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge used in Bizzabo’s Claude Skills and apply AI to automate go-to-market workflows. Success includes improving competitive win rates; ensuring releases have clear narratives, trained sales representatives, and customer adoption plans; strengthening analyst and peer-review positioning; and keeping company messaging and AI knowledge current and trusted.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, including experience as the lead or sole product marketer.
  • An AI-native approach to work, with experience using AI agents—ideally Claude—to automate real go-to-market workflows and examples of what was built.
  • A track record of positioning complex platforms for business and technical buyers and winning against an entrenched incumbent.
  • Strong sales enablement instincts, including building field-used narratives and assets and checking their adoption.
  • Hands-on analyst relations experience, ideally including a Forrester Wave or Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex topics simple without making them generic.
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently, and deliver in a small-team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar agentic tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience in event technology, martech, or another platform sold to marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing agentic or AI-first products to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience with a three-sided value story involving organizers, attendees, and sponsors.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and comfort pulling data from them.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Event Experience Operating System, translating agentic capabilities into clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders and maintaining consistency across the buyer journey.
  • Run product launches end to end, partnering with Product on product strategy and owning the go-to-market narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plan, field readiness, and customer communications.
  • Own competitive intelligence on legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions; create battlecards, landmine questions, and objection handling, and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Build sales enablement materials, including pitch narratives, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content; partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team.
  • Lead day-to-day analyst relations, including Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, briefings, and presence on peer review sites.
  • Work with Account Management to develop customer case studies, reference programs, and supporting metrics.
  • Partner with Account Management to drive adoption of new releases through communications, programs, and executive business review content.
  • Maintain the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge used by internal Claude Skills and apply AI to automate go-to-market workflows.

  • Quarterly mental health days.
  • Quarterly team-building events (Bizzabreaks).
  • Comprehensive insurance options with employer premium coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
