About The Position

Bizzabo is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to shape how its Event Experience Operating System is understood by buyers, sales teams, analysts, and internal AI agents. They will also maintain the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge used by the company’s Claude Skills and apply AI to automate go-to-market workflows. Bizzabo describes itself as an Event Experience Operating System for enterprise organizations. Founded in 2011, the company is headquartered in New York, with offices in Montreal, Kyiv, and Tel-Aviv. The annual salary range for this role is $100,000–$150,000.

  • Own competitive intelligence on legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions; create battlecards, landmine questions, and objection-handling materials, and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including pitch narratives, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content; partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team.
  • Lead analyst relations, including Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, briefings, and presence on peer-review sites.

  • Maintain the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge source used by Claude Skills and apply AI to automate go-to-market workflows.
  • Listen to sales calls and interview customers and lost prospects to understand why the company wins and loses.
  • Refresh competitive materials, take ownership of analyst evaluations and peer-review strategy, and deliver launches end to end.
