About The Position

Bizzabo is hiring a Product Marketing Lead to shape how the company and its Event Experience Operating System are understood by buyers, the sales team, analysts, and internal AI agents. The role owns positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive strategy, sales enablement, analyst relations, customer proof, and adoption for the full platform, including its agentic capabilities. It works closely with Product, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, and reports directly to the Co-founder and CMO. The position also owns the messaging, product, and competitive knowledge that informs Claude Skills and other AI-supported workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, including experience as the lead or sole product marketer.
  • An AI-native approach to work; experience using AI agents, ideally Claude, to automate real go-to-market workflows and the ability to demonstrate what was built.
  • A track record of positioning complex platforms for business and technical buyers and winning against an entrenched incumbent.
  • Strong sales enablement skills, including creating field-used narratives and assets and checking whether they are being used.
  • Hands-on analyst relations experience, ideally including a Forrester Wave or Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluation.
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to make complex topics simple without making them generic.
  • Ability to work independently in a small-team environment, set priorities, move quickly, and deliver.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with Claude Cowork, Claude Skills, or similar agentic tools in day-to-day work.
  • Experience in event technology, martech, or another platform sold to marketing teams.
  • Experience marketing agentic or AI-first products to enterprise buyers.
  • Experience with a three-sided value story involving organizers, attendees, and sponsors.
  • Fluency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Gong, and comfort pulling data from them.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning and messaging for the Event Experience Operating System, translating agentic capabilities into clear, provable value for enterprise event leaders and maintaining consistency across buyer touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product on product direction and lead go-to-market launches, including narrative, pricing and packaging input, launch plans, field readiness, and customer communications.
  • Own competitive intelligence on legacy event management platforms and newer point solutions; create battlecards, landmine questions, and objection handling, and conduct win/loss analysis.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including pitch narratives, demo storylines, one-pagers, and RFP content; partner with Sales and Solutions leadership to train the team.
  • Lead analyst relations, including Forrester and Gartner relationships, evaluation submissions, briefings, and presence on peer review sites.
  • Work with Account Management to develop case studies, reference programs, and metrics that substantiate company claims.
  • Partner with Account Management to drive customer adoption through release communications, programs, and executive business review content.
  • Maintain current messaging, product, and competitive knowledge that powers internal Claude Skills and use AI to automate go-to-market workflows.
