Product Marketing Lead

BrightAI Corporation

About The Position

BrightAI is a physical AI company serving essential services, including water, power, oil and gas, and industrial operations. Its Stateful platform combines devices and existing telemetry with foundation models to help operators understand asset conditions, predict failures, and guide people, control systems, and robots. The platform operates across more than 50,000 operational locations, with the aim of supporting reliable, safe infrastructure and safer crews. The Product Marketing Lead will own how BrightAI explains its company, products, and use cases. The role sets positioning and messaging and produces much of the content that communicates them, including website pages, sales materials, case studies, and editorial content. It is a hands-on writing role with strategic ownership, working closely with growth and design. BrightAI sells to operations leaders, reliability and field teams, and executives involved in complex, multi-stakeholder decisions that include technical review and operational risk.

Requirements

  • Strong writing ability and a record of shipping finished work that went live and was used.
  • Prior ownership of positioning and messaging for a technical product sold to enterprise or industrial buyers.
  • Ability to learn hardware, software, and AI products well enough to explain them accurately to non-technical decision makers.
  • Experience conducting customer and prospect interviews and turning insights into usable messaging.
  • Practical use of AI tools for research synthesis and content reuse, with claims verified and meaningful human editing.
  • Sound judgment about prioritizing work when there is more to write than time allows.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in utilities, water, energy, industrial operations, or field services.
  • Background marketing IoT, sensor, or other physical-world products.
  • Sales enablement experience for long, multi-stakeholder sales.

Responsibilities

  • Own company, product, and use-case positioning and messaging, and maintain an approved source of truth for sales, growth, and design.
  • Interview customers, prospects, and field-facing colleagues, and use sales feedback and competitive alternatives to sharpen messaging.
  • Translate a technical system of sensors, software, and AI into clear, accurate value for operators and executives without overstating its capabilities.
  • Write and maintain website and use-case pages, sales decks, and one-pagers, incorporating search and discoverability.
  • Produce customer case studies using approved, verifiable proof.
  • Run the editorial calendar for articles, newsletters, and social posts, including interviews with internal subject matter experts.
  • Plan launches and sales enablement, and set editorial priorities with growth for distribution and design for visual delivery.
