Product Marketing Lead

Ande•New York, NY
•$155,000 - $195,000

About The Position

Ande is hiring its first Product Marketing Lead to own how its products are launched, adopted, and used. The role reports to the VP of Marketing and supports two product suites serving enterprise customers and hospitality vendors. Ande’s enterprise product is an AI-native operating system for booking and managing corporate entertainment, while its hospitality and vendor products use AI agents to capture and convert corporate demand. The Product Marketing Lead will own new product launches and market education, as well as the post-signup experience that helps users discover, adopt, and continue booking through Ande. The role spans positioning and go-to-market, onboarding and lifecycle engagement, sales and customer success enablement, and public-facing education about the products and category. The successful candidate will prioritize across competing needs and help shape the future product marketing function.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
  • Experience marketing to business buyers such as marketers, operations teams, or finance teams, rather than only developers or IT.
  • A track record in full-funnel and bottom-of-funnel work, including adoption, self-serve education, retention, and expansion.
  • Comfort and skill on camera and in front of an audience, including hosting videos and webinars.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • An analytical approach, including defining funnel metrics, interpreting data, and changing course based on findings.
  • Hands-on experience with sales and customer success enablement.
  • The judgment to prioritize among competing requests and the drive to execute recommendations.
  • Fluency with AI tools in personal workflows, including content production and documentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building a product marketing function from scratch at an early-stage company.
  • Product-led growth or in-app lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Experience with two-sided marketplaces or marketing to both enterprise buyers and SMB operators.
  • A background in events, field marketing, hospitality, travel, or spend management.
  • Experience running a customer advisory board, beta program, or product roadmapping workshops.
  • A finance or analytics background.
  • A personal knack for finding dinner spots.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new products and features across the enterprise and hospitality suites.
  • Plan launches across internal and external channels, including in-product prompts, post-sales outreach, earned and owned media, newsletters, and partner-platform guest spots.
  • Use beta and advisory board programs to prepare launches with case studies, testimonials, and customer voices.
  • Own the product experience after customer acquisition, including activation, first booking, repeat usage, and expansion to new teams within existing accounts, in partnership with the customer success team.
  • Own onboarding and education sequences for newly activated users, along with in-product announcements and notifications.
  • Map customer personas, including field marketers, executive assistants, workplace experience teams, and sales teams, and work with Product to deliver relevant features.
  • Run timely, revenue-driving campaigns around seasonal moments such as major sporting events, live events, and holiday gifting.
  • Run usage promotions, campaigns, and pilots for existing customers; coordinate execution with the email channel owner and measure and iterate on results.
  • Provide go-to-market and post-sales teams with demos, one-pagers, objection handling, case studies, and persona-mapped email templates.
  • Run regular enablement on new features and the growing partner catalog across ticketing, catering, and gifting.
  • Represent product updates on camera and in public through social media, podcast-style videos, demo videos, sizzle reels, and educational webinars.
  • Turn platform data into stories and content, such as annual recaps for customers and partners.
  • Explain Ande’s end-to-end category to marketers, executive assistants, workplace teams, procurement, and finance.
  • Define funnel metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust plans based on results.
  • Use AI tools in day-to-day work, including content production and documentation.
