About The Position

Mosaic is seeking a hands-on, employee-centric Product Manager to lead, elevate, and standardize its internal digital workplace ecosystem. The role serves as the primary bridge between business units and technology, focusing on business-needs discovery, workflow enablement, and user adoption across the organization’s collaboration tools. Mosaic’s enterprise collaboration strategy is strictly Google Workspace-first. The Product Manager champions Google Workspace, establishes best practices and standardized team templates, and helps maximize employee engagement with the platform. The role partners with non-technical teams to gather workflow requirements, map current processes, and identify collaboration friction points; designs and configures front-end templates and low-code workflows; and documents functional specifications for technical handoff to IT or Engineering. It also develops standard operating procedures, facilitates onboarding, and supports organizational change management. This is not a software engineering, backend IT, or system administration role. The position does not manage servers, write custom backend code, or manage IT security infrastructure; technical execution is handled by the dedicated IT team. The role is based in or near Omaha, Nebraska, with periodic on-site collaboration, workshops, and stakeholder meetings at Mosaic’s Omaha headquarters. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Requirements

  • Proven experience configuring, standardizing, and optimizing workflows in an enterprise Google Workspace environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to interview non-technical stakeholders, translate operational pain points into clear requirements, and design intuitive front-end collaboration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with productivity tools such as Smartsheet, Jotform, Miro, and Canva.
  • Experience authoring functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams for handoff of backend builds, security controls, or system integrations to IT.
  • Strong interest in training employees, driving platform adoption, and simplifying daily work routines.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Located in Omaha, Nebraska, or the surrounding area, ideally within comfortable driving distance of the Omaha headquarters for periodic on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Champion Google Workspace, establish best practices, standardize team templates, and maximize employee engagement across Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms, Sites, and other platform tools.
  • Partner with non-technical business units to gather workflow requirements, map current processes, and identify collaboration friction points.
  • Design and configure user-friendly front-end solution templates and workflows using collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Jotform, Miro, and Canva.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, documenting functional specifications and handing off technical execution, backend infrastructure, and complex integrations to IT or Engineering.
  • Develop standard operating procedures, facilitate user onboarding sessions, and drive change management to support adoption of digital workplace initiatives.
