About The Position

As a Product Manager, you will support the growth and performance of WebBeds’ hotel portfolio by developing strong supplier relationships, optimising rates and availability, and identifying opportunities to maximise commercial outcomes. You will work closely with hotel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure product competitiveness, portfolio performance, and partner engagement across your assigned market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting, product management, supplier management, or a related role within the travel industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of hotel distribution, connectivity solutions, property management systems, and revenue management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, with the ability to work across multiple systems and platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting commercial, pricing, and performance data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hotel partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the travel industry.
  • Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, direct relationships with hotel partners to support long-term collaboration and mutual business growth.
  • Manage contractual allocations, availability, and occupancy performance to maximise portfolio results and commercial opportunities.
  • Collaborate with hotel partners and Contracting teams to develop and implement promotions and special offers that drive production.
  • Review, assess, and negotiate stop sales requests based on market conditions, performance trends, and commercial priorities.
  • Monitor production data and implement targeted actions to improve supplier performance and portfolio competitiveness.
  • Provide training and guidance to hotel partners on supplier systems, tools, and platform functionality to encourage adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis to ensure the portfolio remains competitively positioned in the market.
  • Coordinate the setup and activation of BAR contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
  • Assess and recover booking opportunities in line with company guidelines, supporting commercial performance and revenue growth.
  • Utilise knowledge of hospitality technology platforms, including PMS and connectivity solutions, to support seamless supplier integration and distribution performance.
  • Apply pricing, forecasting, and yield management principles when engaging with hotel revenue teams to maximise market opportunities and partner performance.
  • Conduct trading and market analysis to identify opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and improve portfolio performance.
  • Manage pricing and availability for agreements linked to marketing fees and overrides, ensuring performance targets are achieved.
  • Review key event periods and market demand patterns to maximise availability, rate opportunities, and overall revenue potential.
  • Analyse key performance reports and ad hoc data to support commercial decision-making, revenue growth, and continuous improvement.
