About The Position

Kikoff is hiring a Product Manager focused on retention and monetization for its core credit products. The role owns the roadmap for churn, reactivation, plan upgrades, pricing, and packaging, with success measured by retained paying members and revenue per member. The Product Manager will use data analysis and user research to understand engagement, churn, and willingness to pay, then develop experiments, experiences, content, offers, and communication touchpoints to improve retention and monetization. The role includes owning cancellation, save, and win-back flows; developing member segments by value, risk, and intent; and providing strategic insights to inform engineering, design, and marketing roadmaps. The Product Manager will work with the product team to translate leadership objectives into a roadmap, lead discovery, analyze relevant data, and partner with legal and compliance on pricing, disclosures, and cancellation experiences. This is a full-time role based in Kikoff’s San Francisco headquarters, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite per week.
