About The Position

This is a senior individual contributor product role that drives strategy and execution for a complex product or a small set of tightly related products. It is the first IC level with formal influence beyond a single product, requiring strong stakeholder leadership without people management responsibility. This role bridges deep customer/technical understanding with mature product leadership, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization. This role will be responsible for products related to pricing spark driver offers, driver matching algorithms, and driver incentives used to position and ensure driver supply in Walmart’s international markets. Objectives include ensuring a good driver experience, on-time delivery, and optimizing cost per order. An ideal candidate will be analytical, scientifically minded, and a well-rounded product manager, familiar with machine learning and experimentation techniques. Candidates without direct experimentation experience but with a good grounding in statistical basics and the scientific method are also encouraged. This role is focused on international markets, including Canada and LATAM, where the Product Manager will look to leverage the global platform wherever possible, optimizing it for local markets as well as solving for regulatory and market needs. Occasional international travel may be required. The position will be located in our Sunnyvale offices.
