Junction
•$190,000 - $240,000•Remote

About The Position

Junction is building an infrastructure layer for diagnostic healthcare that makes patient data accessible, actionable, and automated across laboratories and devices. The Product Manager will own the clinical side of Junction’s labs product, including provider test ordering, results delivery, and workflows for critical results. The role covers complex workflows across lab partners and focuses on building a high-quality provider experience that scales reliably. The Product Manager reports to the Head of Product and works closely with Engineering from discovery through shipping. This is a hands-on senior individual-contributor role, with responsibility for shaping the product roadmap and helping build Junction’s product function. The position is remote, limited to candidates physically based in GMT or EST time zones; the posting’s short summary specifies EST only. Junction does not currently sponsor visas.

Requirements

  • Experience building products used by clinicians and spending meaningful time understanding providers’ day-to-day work in clinics, hospitals, or EHRs.
  • Startup product management experience owning an area end-to-end at an early-stage company (Series A–C or equivalent), ideally as a founding or early Product Manager.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare incentives, economics, and relationships among providers, payers, and patients, including the ability to build products that work within the realities of the healthcare system.
  • Experience building complex B2B products that simplify complexity while managing significant third-party dependencies and regulated constraints.
  • Ability to write SQL and read API documentation, and to work effectively with engineers on technical topics; coding is not required.
  • Customer-focused approach and comfort having frequent conversations with users and customers.
  • Strong judgment and clear written and verbal communication across engineers, customers, and vendors.
  • Willingness to work hands-on across specifications, trade-offs, customer calls, and launches, and to contribute to an evolving product function and shared company roadmap.
  • Physically based in the GMT or EST time zones.
  • Ability to work without visa sponsorship, as Junction does not currently sponsor visas.
