About The Position

The Patient Access Manager (PAM) is a front-line member of Keenova Patient Support Services who supports patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders throughout the treatment journey. The PAM provides education, navigation, reimbursement and affordability support, and practical guidance on treatment access and patient support services. The role serves as a subject matter expert in patient access, reimbursement, patient support services, and healthcare navigation, helping identify and resolve patient-specific and systemic barriers to treatment initiation and continuity of care. The PAM manages reimbursement and acquisition logistics for biologic and testosterone products across changing payer environments and multiple acquisition channels, including buy-and-bill and specialty pharmacy. The role partners with patients, caregivers, provider offices, specialty pharmacies, case managers, Field Reimbursement Managers (FRMs), program representatives, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot access challenges, explain processes and resources, and coordinate appropriate support while maintaining compliance and regulatory boundaries. The PAM also analyzes access, reimbursement, affordability, and patient-experience information to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. As a voice of the patient and strategic access expert, the PAM translates field observations into recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to program design, operational improvements, resource allocation, patient engagement, and strategies that improve access and patient outcomes. Up to 30% travel may be required.
