About The Position

Workday is hiring a Product Manager for its Financial Integrations team, which builds and owns integrations connecting Workday Financial Management to external systems used across industries. The Product Manager will own integrations across Workday Financials, including a portfolio of productized integrations with strategic industry partners. Working with customers, partners, implementers, and internal teams, the role will translate customer and partner needs into actionable requirements, guide solutions from design through certification and launch, and support and improve integrations after release. The role also owns improvements to the integration development framework and how AI is applied throughout the integration lifecycle, including defining review practices for AI-generated output. The position partners closely with engineering, QA, UX, product leadership, field teams, and the Industry Ecosystems team. It includes communicating roadmap and delivery status, leading technical discussions, and representing the product area in the Workday community and at company events.
