About the position
Join Realtor.com® as a Product Manager and be a key part of driving the CRM strategy for the Seller team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing seller lifecycle programs across various channels to guide consumers in selling their homes seamlessly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to project manage, execute, and report on campaigns to drive consumer engagement. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player with a strong focus on innovation, testing, and optimization, and has previous experience in CRM strategy and product management.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the seller annual and quarterly roadmaps with accountability to KRs around unique user and lead growth
- Manage day-to-day product performance, health, and plan the execution of new campaigns/products
- Manage marketing ops engineer capacity planning and MarTech data pipeline requests
- Establish strong relationships cross-functionally across marketing, Brand Bureau, product, analytics, and data science to drive forward CRM initiatives
- Brief in new project requests to the Brand Bureau and project manage CRM campaigns from ideation through to execution and results
- Engage with Analytics and Consumer Research teams to derive further insights
- Create presentation decks that document and summarize key test results
- Previous CRM strategy experience ideally in an omnichannel environment (experience in multiple channels—email, web, and app preferred)
- Product management experience
- Experience in consumer segmentation strategy
- Experience with ESP migration projects and managing MarTech data pipeline transitions
- Action-oriented and able to act intuitively, while following established processes
- Data-driven, with the ability to summarize and communicate test ideas and results
- Fast learner and self-starter with strong time management skills
- Strong computer skills; proficient with spreadsheets and creating slide decks
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration or analytics or equivalent experience
- 7+ years relevant experience
- Detail-oriented and concise
- Innately curious and data-driven
- Both team and self-driven attitude
- Moves at a quick pace and is flexible
